In a couple of days I will be leaving Kathmandu, Nepal to Washington, DC to pick up my bike and ride to Pennsylvania and New Jersey giving yoga classes along the way. How am I preparing for the first leg of my World Cycling Tour? Well, I am not doing much more than light yoga and wrapping up my last class at Sooriya Wellness on the 2nd of May. In fact, I'm taking in the sights and sounds of Nepal to hold on to feelings, colors and smells of the Himalayan range from Nagarkot and Dhulikhel! This is one of the pix of my cycling core training (by doing yoga poses) -- who said I have to chose between the two when the goal is one in the same!
This is on a rock on top of Dhulikhel (by the Kali Temple) and yes I was scared to fall down and split my head open!
